T-Hub: creator-led startup stories.

A creator campaign for India's largest startup incubator, built around three creators and five Instagram reels that T-Hub will also share across its own channels.

In short

CreatorChahiye is running a creator-led campaign for T-Hub: three creators, five Instagram reels and repurposing across T-Hub's channels. We handled creator shortlisting, negotiation, written agreements, approvals and reporting. Results will be added after the reels go live.

The brief

T-Hub, India's largest startup incubator, engaged CreatorChahiye for a creator-led campaign: three creators making five Instagram reels, which T-Hub will also share across its own channels, including LinkedIn, X, Facebook and YouTube.

What we did

  1. Shortlisted creators on audience fit, rather than on follower count alone.
  2. Negotiated deliverables and fees with each creator, and put them in writing before work began.
  3. Planned the content: five Instagram reels across the three creators, with a clear brief for each.
  4. Managed approvals with T-Hub's marketing team, who give a go-ahead before content goes live.
  5. Set up proof of execution: a report and confirmation from T-Hub's marketing team once the reels are live.

Deliverables

  • Five Instagram reels across three creators
  • Content repurposed by T-Hub on LinkedIn, X, Facebook and YouTube
  • Agreed quality, punctuality and view targets, written into the purchase order
  • A written agreement with each creator covering deliverables, timelines, payment and usage rights

Status and results

This campaign is in production, with delivery planned for November 2026. We will add reach, views and learnings here once the reels have been live for a few weeks. We would rather publish real numbers later than promise numbers now.

Why this format works for startups

  • Creators bring an audience that already trusts them, so the story is told by a familiar voice
  • Short-form video suits startup stories and is easy to repurpose across channels
  • Clear written terms protect both the brand's budget and the creator's payment
